*Print the Registration Form. (It's on Dropbox. After the form opens in the browser, mouse over down towards the bottom center of the screen. A gray box will appear. There is a print icon in the gray box. If you print from that print icon, the form should print properly.)
*Turn form and money in to Mrs. Cody at music.
